Working Writers Assignment:
Proposal Memo Peer Review

For this peer review activity, you will work with others to evaluate and revise the questions you developed for the working writers assignment. In teams of two or three, you should:

  1. Provide background for your interviewee. Describe as fully as possible the person you have chosen to interview, their profession, their educational background, their workplace, etc.
  2. Evaluate your questions. Do they get at useful information about what it means to write as part of professional practice? Are they "yes/no" questions? Do they provide clear, but not limiting, paths for the interviewee to follow in formulating an answer?
  3. Develop possible revisions. Develop new questions that address the issues you identified in the previous step.
