For this assignment, I want you, as a group, to write a formal proposal for the collaborative research paper. Each subgroup can write their own proposal, or each subgroup can collaborate on one common proposal with a section for each subgroup.
Think of your proposal as a persuasive document—it should persuade me that the issue you have chosen is appropriate, timely, and relevant, and that you have a plausible "battle plan" for completing the paper. In other words, it should make it apparent to me that you know what you are doing. There is no prescribed format for this proposal, and no prescribed length. Use whatever format it needs to communicate effectively; make it as long as it needs to be to achieve its purpose.
