Report

After completing a rhetorical analysis and assessment of your website, you should then compile a report that articulates plan for revision to the website's author or maintainer. (You will not actually submit the report to them, of course, but it should be prepared in every possible way as if you were.) Your report should briefly reflect your understanding of the audience and purpose of the site and articulate a strategy for improving the site based on what you found. Naturally, you should also work to establish a cordial, professional ethos in your report—the sort of ethos that will dispose your "client" to return to you with their business in the future.
