By default, Word does not show the toolbar icons for the reviewing features.
We'll begin by making sure that they are visible. From the "View"
menu, select "Toolbars." Make sure there is a checkmark by "Reviewing":
The following toolbar should appear:
Now that the reviewing toolbar is visible, we need to make sure that Word knows who you are.
