4: Reviewing a document.

Now let's switch roles. Save this document to your computer, and open it up in Word.

Pretend you're the writer, and you have just received the above file from your reader. The Reviewing toolbar has some tools that make it easy to go through the edited document, and to decide what changes to keep and what changes to reject. Experiment with the following features, and see what happens:

After you finishing the editing and revision process for any document, you may want to finalize the document by making sure no comments or tracked changes are left. Clicking the downward arrow on the right side of the accept change button will reveal the following pulldown menu, which will allow you to accept all of the tracked changes in the document:

Clicking the delete button will delete the comment that the cursor is currently in. Clicking the downward arrow on the right side of that button will also reveal the following pulldown menu, which will allow you to delete all of the remaining comments in the document:
